The use of these products is at your own risk. It highly advised to consult a professional aerialist coach for instruction, and professional rigger for installation.
Only a professional coach can advise you of proper gripping and manoeuvring techniques.
By purchasing any of these products, you are assuming all responsibility for your own safety.
You must routinely inspect it for any wear, tear, or defects which can occur after repeated use. Replace torn fabric or defective products immediately.
We are not responsible for any mishaps, injuries or damages from your use of these products. Even though all of these props have been tested, and will easily hold the weight of a person, they are only reliable if used properly. Never forget the dangers of suspending yourself from any height without a safety system.
All Aerial Equipment should be inspected by a fabrication engineer or replaced yearly, or when any wear or tear occurs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service you agree to our Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”).
Aerial Fitness Factory does not accept refunds if you change your mind, ensure you choose your product with thought and care.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the product is genuinely defective or you received the wrong product, we will offer you to choose either a replacement product or store credit to the purchase value.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

You will need to provide the following information before we can offer a refund or replacement:
- Invoice number
- Name of customer
- Date of receiving the product
- Reason for return
For all refunds that are NOT at our fault, we deduct a 15% restocking fee to cover all expenses and fees for this product. Products at our fault will be covered and replaced by Aerial Fitness Factory.
Aerial Fitness Factory PTY LTD ships from Gauteng in South Africa with standard or express courier. Aerial Fitness Factory PTY LTD reserves the right to alter the shipping carrier at any time without notice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item. Courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over a R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not process orders on Public Holidays or Weekends and times where Public Holidays fall, may result in a longer processing time.
Local orders can take anywhere from 7 - 21 business days to either manufacture or process.
For international orders, delivery time may take up to 3-4 weeks from order date.
For international express courier orders, delivery time may take up to 1-2 weeks from order date.
Please be aware for international customers to check your countries import fees and tax regulations – this is not our responsibility and we take no responsibility for customs, taxes, or any fees after purchase and leaving our hands.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.
